Crashtify is an AI-powered incident management platform designed to help teams manage and resolve incidents efficiently through Slack integration.

- "Service" refers to the Crashtify platform, including the Slack bot, web dashboard, APIs, and all related features.
- "User" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Service.
- "Account" refers to the registered account created to access the Service.
- "Workspace" refers to a Slack workspace connected to Crashtify.
- "Content" refers to any data, text, or information submitted to the Service.
3. Account Terms
To use Crashtify, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- Maintain the security of your account credentials.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
- Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You may not use another person's account without permission. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
- Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful data.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.

Crashtify provides:

- Integration with third-party services (Linear, Jira, etc.).
- Custom field configuration for incident forms.
- Knowledge base management and search capabilities.
- Multi-tenant workspace support.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Crashtify and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any Content you submit to the Service. By submitting Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
7. Payment Terms
Certain features of the Service may require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:
- Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase.
- Provide accurate billing information.
- Authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms. We may change our fees at any time with 30 days' notice.
8. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings in the dashboard.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you:
- Violate these Terms.
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity.
- Fail to pay applicable fees.
- Pose a security risk to the Service or other users.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. AI-generated suggestions are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for decision-making.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CRASHTIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Crashtify and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with:
- Your use of the Service.
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your violation of any rights of another party.
- Any Content you submit to the Service.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date.
Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service.
